Terms and conditions for the Fabworks Affiliate Program.
By participating in the Fabworks Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Fabworks Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active presence on YouTube or other social media platforms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
Affiliate Link
Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a unique affiliate link. This link is for promotional use only and should not be used for personal purchases. You are responsible for sharing the correct affiliate link with your audience.
Commission Structure
As an affiliate, you will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link. The commission percentage will be communicated to you upon acceptance into the program. Please note that commission rates are subject to change, and you will be notified of any modifications in advance.
Payouts and Payment
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis via a preferred payment method specified during the application process. A minimum payout threshold may apply, and you will be responsible for any transaction fees associated with the payment.
Code of Conduct
As a Fabworks affiliate, you are expected to represent our brand with professionalism and integrity. You must not engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of Fabworks or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status if any such violations occur.
Promotional Guidelines
When promoting Fabworks products, you must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and prominently. Misleading or deceptive promotional practices are strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, provided by Fabworks for promotional purposes, are the property of Fabworks. You may only use these materials as authorized by Fabworks and for the sole purpose of promoting Fabworks products.
Program Modification and Termination
Fabworks reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid out based on the terms in effect at the time of termination.
Agreement Acceptance
By participating in the Fabworks Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
