Refund Policy

While our team works tirelessly to ship you the highest quality parts possible, we occasionally make mistakes, or fail to communicate expectations with our customers.

If you have any issues with your parts, and are not 100% satisfied emails support@fabworks.com and we will work with you to come up with the best resolution.

Full Refund

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please provide us with a valid order number or receipt to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To get started with a refund please email support@fabworks.com

Partial Refund

We offer a partial refund for several reasons, including incorrect material selection, minor surface imperfections, minor surface oxidation on raw materials, damage caused during handling after delivery, and misuse or abuse. If any of these issues occur, we'll work with you to resolve the problem and determine the appropriate refund amount. Please note that this partial refund policy is subject to our inspection of the returned item, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where misuse or abuse is apparent. If you have any questions or concerns about our partial refund policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to support@fabworks.com


Please note that certain situations are not eligible for refunds and will be handled on a case by case biases. If you have any questions about our non-refundable policy, please contact our customer service team for more information.


Our team may want you to ship some or all of your parts back so we can lean from our mistakes. In this case we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to be dropped off at a UPS or USPS drop spot.
