Refund Policy

We work hard to deliver the highest quality parts possible, but we know that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we make it right.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your parts or aren't 100% satisfied, just email support@fabworks.com and we'll work together to find the best solution.

Refunds and Replacements

We're human, and sometimes we make mistakes. Whether it's an out-of-spec part or you're not happy with the quality, we'll make things right. This might include:

  • Replacement parts (we'll expedite production to get them to you ASAP)
  • A partial refund
  • In some cases, a full refund

Made an Ordering Error? We've Got You

Even if you made a mistake when ordering (wrong size, material, or specifications), don't worry! We understand it happens. While we can't offer full refunds for customer errors, we'll work with you to get replacement parts made at a discounted price. Just let us know what happened and we'll help you out.

Shipping Damage

If your parts arrive damaged during shipping:

  1. Email support@fabworks.com with your order number
  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We'll quickly determine the best solution

For parts damaged beyond repair, we'll expedite replacements at no cost to you.

Returns

Good news, in most cases, you won't need to ship anything back to us!

  • For out-of-spec parts or items damaged beyond repair, we'll simply ask you to recycle them locally
  • Occasionally, we may request parts back to help us learn and improve (we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for UPS or FedEx)
