What is the max cuttable size for laser cutting?
Most materials can be laser cut into parts up to 96 inches by 48 inches. Our thickest stock, 0.500" A36 steel plate, is limited to 48 inches by 48 inches. The minimum part size is 0.25" x 0.25" for most thicknesses and slightly larger on thick plate. The limits for every material and thickness are listed on the materials pages.
Your quote checks each part against these limits automatically and flags anything that is too large. Parts bigger than the limit can usually be split into sections and joined with tabs or hardware. If you are not sure how to break up a large part, reach out to our support team.

Do you ship outside the US?
At this time we only ship the US and Canada. We are happy to ship your parts to a freight forwarder within the US.
What is the standard lead-time for laser cut parts?
Our sheet metal bending service typically adds 1 business day to the total of your project lead time. Adding additional services to your parts such as powder coating, or hole operations will increase your lead time further.
